you should have healthy phsyical activities during the day, and a goodamount of sleep each night. Nutrition can also play a role in this and sometimes experimentation with food types can improve the condition.
The good news is that once you have eliminated this condition you feel like a brand new person. I speak from experience. Its a bit like being reborn. You feel energetic, you enjoy your life more, perform better at at your job or in school Your vitality is returned.
